It is very easy to renew your policy and there are different options available depending on your method of payment. Visit Manage My Renewal
The fastest way to make changes to your policy is through live chat.
Before requesting changes, please note:
- All policy modifications incur a £30 fee
- You’ll need your policy number ready
- Some changes may affect your premium

If you have a confirmed price quoted on our website and you are happy with the terms, it’s very easy to purchase the policy online. You can view and buy previously saved quotes using My Account.
If you need any assistance, one of our team can help you via Live Chat .
If you haven’t got a confirmed price after completing the quote, it means we require further information for the insurer, so contact our team who can complete this with you.
New Policy: After initiating a new policy, your documents will be accessible in My Account within minutes.
Renewed Policy: For renewals, your offer and documents appear in My Account approximately 25 days before your renewal date. The renewal policy pack becomes available within one working day after renewal payment.
Quotation: To review or modify a quote before purchasing a policy, log into My Account. After logging in with your email and password, choose the quote you’re interested in.
Here, you can also update your quote and proceed to purchase.
Access all your documents, including policy details, renewal information, or quotations by registering or logging into My Account.

- Do this as soon as possible after the incident

Important: For Home Emergency or Family Legal Protection claims, contact the relevant insurer directly rather than your main policy insurer.
