* Change how you pay
* Opt back in, if you’ve previously opted out of auto renewal
* Include additional products
* Review policy documents and renewal invitation detail

Outside of our working hours, complete this form providing as much information as you can. We will process your renewal update as quickly as possible, and will contact you if necessary to finalise your renewal update.

Policies that are paid annually by card do not renew automatically, they will lapse on expiry date of the policy if we don’t receive a payment from you by this point. You don’t need to tell us if you no longer need the insurance from renewal e.g. you’re moving abroad, as it will lapse.
