Will my policy renew automatically?
Automatic renewals apply exclusively to customers paying by monthly Direct Debit. Your renewal offer email will explicitly state whether your policy is set to auto-renew. Additionally, you can check your renewal status in My Account to see if your policy is configured for automatic renewal.
If your policy isn’t scheduled for automatic renewal, you can proceed online to review the terms, cover details, and make a payment using your card. If you decide not to renew, please inform us directly. Cancelling your direct debit with the bank won’t cancel the policy; you need to notify us, as we manage the policy administration.
