I’ve not received my password reset email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a password reset email, it’s possible that you haven’t created an account yet in My Account. The password reset email is sent only to those who have an existing account.
To fix this, visit the create account page and proceed to create a new account. Ensure that you use the same email address you used when setting up your quote or policy.
