I’ve forgotten my password – What can I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, there are two options for resetting it. You can either visit the My Account log-on page and click on the ‘Forgot your password’ button, or use the direct link https://myaccount.intelligentinsurance.co.uk/forgot-password.
Simply enter your email address, and within 60 seconds, you’ll receive a password reset email. Open the email and follow the instructions provided to reset your password. Remember to complete the reset within 2 hours, as the reset link will expire after this time.
If you haven’t created a My Account logon before, select the ‘Create Account’ option and use the same email address you used when creating your quote/policy.
