I pay monthly by direct debit. Will my policy automatically renew?
Automatic renewals are only for those customers paying by monthly direct debit. We will email you your renewal offer which will clearly state whether your policy will automatically renew.
You can also view your renewal status in My Account which will show whether your policy will automatically renew or not.
If the policy isn’t set to automatically renew, you can continue online to view further detail of the terms and cover, and pay using your card or opt to continue on direct debit.
If you don’t want to renew, don’t just cancel your direct debit with the bank as this will not cancel the policy, it only cancels your payment via your credit agreement with Premium Credit Ltd. You need to let us know as we administer the policy.
