We try to keep our valued customers but do appreciate that circumstances do change. Full details can be found at Cancel My Policy Policy cancellations incur a £60 fee.

If you cancel within 14 days from the day of purchase or the day on which you receive your policy documentation, whichever is the latter, you are entitled to a full refund of the premium unless you have made a claim. Where cancellation is taking place after the first 14 days, you will receive a pro-rata refund based on the time you have been on cover. If you have made a claim, no refund will be due. A £60.00 cancellation charge will apply. If you pay by instalments you also need to refer to your credit agreement with Premium Credit Limited.
